Contact VietnamQuest
Message us on WhatsApp and tell us about your trip.
WhatsApp is the only way to contact VietnamQuest, and the button on this page opens a message ready for you to finish. We keep one channel so that your questions, quotes and route ideas stay in a single conversation.
What should I send?
Share what you know. Even a rough idea is enough to start, and we will ask for the rest.
- Your travel month, or the dates your leave allows.
- The number of days, counting arrival and departure.
- Who is travelling: ages, grandparents, toddlers, friends.
- What you enjoy: beaches, heritage, food, mountains, city life.
- Needs that shape the plan, such as halal meals, prayer times or limited mobility.
- Any quote you already hold, from an agency or an airline.
What happens after I message?
We read your message and reply with a suggested route and the reasoning behind it. We may ask a question or two, such as which Malaysian airport suits you or how you feel about long road journeys.
If you would like a quote, we introduce a licensed Malaysian travel agency of your choice and, with your agreement, pass them your trip details. Our how we help page explains each step, including the referral fee we may receive from an agency.
Can I try the tools first?
Yes. The route chooser, travel-day checker and budget builder work in your browser and each offers a button to send us the result. You can also browse the planning tools hub.
How is my message used?
Your WhatsApp messages are used to answer your enquiry and, with your agreement, to pass trip details to the agency you choose. Read the privacy policy for how to ask us to delete your messages.
Does something look wrong on the site?
Message us the page and what looks wrong. Corrections follow the process in our editorial policy.
