These terms explain how you may use VietnamQuest. By using the site you agree to them, and we have kept them short and plain.
What is the site for?
VietnamQuest is an independent planning resource for Malaysians travelling to Vietnam. It offers guides, data tables and planning tools. Tours, flights and hotels are sold by licensed agencies, airlines and hotels, so any booking or payment is a matter between you and them.
How may I use the content?
You may read the site, use the tools and share links to our pages. You may quote a short extract with a link back to the page. Copying whole pages, tables or tools to publish elsewhere needs our agreement; message us on WhatsApp to ask.
How do the tools and WhatsApp buttons work?
The tools calculate from the numbers you enter and give an estimate, and each can open a WhatsApp message carrying your result. Sending that message is your choice, and we use it as described in the privacy policy.
What about links and agencies?
Our pages may link to official sources and to other sites, and we do not control what those sites say. If you ask for a quote, we introduce a licensed Malaysian travel agency of your choice. We may receive a referral fee from an agency and tell you before you decide. Your contract is with the agency, airline or hotel.
What are we responsible for?
We take care to research and date our facts, as the editorial policy describes. Travel information changes, so use the site for planning and confirm details with the seller or official source, as the disclaimer explains.
To the extent the law allows, VietnamQuest is not responsible for losses from decisions made only on the strength of the site, or from services bought from third parties.
How might these terms change?
We may update these terms as the site grows. The current version is always on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
How do I reach you about these terms?
Message us on WhatsApp through the contact page. The about page explains who VietnamQuest is for.
