How We Help You Plan

VietnamQuest helps you shape a Vietnam route that fits your leave, then, if you want a quote, introduces a licensed Malaysian travel agency. Bookings and payments happen with the agency, or directly with airlines and hotels.

What happens when I message you?

You send a WhatsApp message with the basics of your trip. We read it and reply with a suggested route, the reasoning behind it and the questions that would change it, such as a rainy month or a grandparent who finds stairs hard.

The conversation costs nothing and leads nowhere you do not choose. The WhatsApp button on any page opens a message with your page already mentioned.

What do we help with?

• Choosing a region for your month. We use the climate facts and the route chooser logic.
• Fitting a route to your leave. The travel-day checker shows how many sightseeing days are left.
• Understanding costs. We walk through the cost lines with you and the budget builder.
• Reading a quote you already have. The package comparator puts two quotes on equal terms.
• Meals and prayer. We explain how to check halal arrangements; see the meal and prayer checks.

How does the agency introduction work?

If you want a quote, we suggest a licensed Malaysian travel agency and, with your agreement, pass them your trip details so you do not repeat yourself. You choose the agency and can say no at any point.

You can check any agency’s licence yourself. MOTAC’s homepage links to a travel agency check for TOB and TAB licences¹.

What about payment and fees?

You pay the agency, airline or hotel you book with, never VietnamQuest. We may receive a referral fee from an agency, and we tell you before you decide, so you can weigh our suggestion knowing that.

The package enquiry guide lists what to ask any agency in writing.

What should I send first?

Your travel month, number of days, who is travelling, what you want to see and any quote you already hold. The contact page has the full list and what happens next.
